     Hummingbird:  Banana cake with pecans and pineapple topped with cream cheese.  Southern all the way.
     Banana Pudding:  Banana cake with vanilla filling made with a Nilla wafer bottom and whipped cream top.
     Banana Walnut:  Banana cake with walnuts, cinnamon and cream cheese topping.
    Toasted Almond:    Almond cake with Almond whip icing and fresh almond slices.

    HoHo: Just like Hostess…chocolate cake topped with fudge and Buttercream design.

       Banana Split:  Banana & cherry cake filled with pineapple. Topped with whip, fruit and chocolate.
       Cherry Garcia:   Cherry Cake with Whole cherry filling topped with chocolate pieces whipped icing and Ganache.
       Ferrero Rocher:  Chocolate cake with Hazelnut filling, chocolate Buttercream, Hazelnuts and Treat on top.
       Chocolate Covered Strawberry:  Classic Strawberry cake filled with chocolate w/ sliced Strawberries and ganache drizzle.

      *Amaretto Almond:  Almond Cake with fresh almonds, Bavarian Cream and Amaretto Liquor.
     *Kahlua Velvet:  Chocolate Mocha Cake with Chocolate Ganache, Mousse, and Kahlua Liquor.
     *Chocolate Chambord:  Rich Fudge Cake with Raspberry Liquor, Chocolate Ganache, and Raspberry filling
    *Grand Marnier:  Soaked with Grand Marnier with or without Ganache topped with orange GM Buttercream.
    *Chocolate Godiva: Rich Chocolate with Godiva liqueur. Filled with Chocolate Mousse & Ganache and top with a chocolate.
*Irish Car Bomb:  Just like the shot.  A Guinness cupcake filled with Jameson and Ganache.  Topped with Bailey's Irish Buttercream.
*Irish Kiss:  Chocolate Guinness cupcakes with Bailey's Irish Buttercream and green Shamrocks.
*The Kentucky Gentleman: Chocolate cake with Kentucky Bourbon painted on top, Covered with cream cheese, pecans and caramel drizzle.
*Tequila Lime:  Light cake with Lime zest and Tequila baked in and topped with tequila Buttercream and Lime zest.
*Kahlua Pumpkin:  Chocolate cake soaked with a pumpkin Kahlua liquor  and topped with Kahlua buttercream and pumpkin cake.
*Pink Champagne:  Champagne Cake topped with Pink Champagne Icing.  Try it with Strawberries and Cream filling!

HINT:  Just Order the regular cupcakes and buy the liquor infusers here at the shop. 
Add your own liquor on site and save money!  The booze bakes out anyway!

.25 additional -
Most ring toppers, Simple drop flower, buttercream rose bud, dots, swirls, leaf, letter, number, name plaques,
simple small flat fondant cuts - inquire  (purse, shoe, lips, animals, etc) 

.50 additional - 
Fondant cut flowers, mickey ears, Mickey shorts, Mickey Hands, Teddy Bears, 
Sea shells, Buttercream Rose and leaf, buttons, gears, etc

$1 up additional - 
Sugar print images, Detailed fondant flowers, detailed sugar toppers Minnie ears and bow
Fondant handmade items are priced per item.  Some are easier than other so pricing varies
Please send photos for us to price. 

                                                                                                             TERMS/OUR POLICY
  1. Your initial deposit reserves your event date and is non-refundable.  This cannot go towards other cake purchases.   If you wish to still do your cake as agreed we will make minor changes and remove artwork and any stands, flowers and delivery charges.  This change must be firm at time of cancellation and sent in writing to michellescakes@yahoo.com.  Cancellations are all final at time of cancellation of said date.    Make sure you are ready to book and are confirmed on the event before putting any deposits down.
  2. We must receive the balance by the due date indicated when you place your order.  After the due day the order is void, and deposit will not be refunded.
  3. The date of your final payment is the final date for any changes of size, style or flavors of the cake.  Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.
  4. Delivery and setup is set in a one hour time frame.  We do not deliver cakes hours before your event unless refrigeration is available. 
  5. Cakes for outside events are recommended to be done in Fondant only we are NOT responsible for any Buttercream cakes in an outside venue from May 1– Nov1.  Cupcakes are nor recommended
  6. We are not responsible for any damage to the cake after it has left our shop.  You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure LEVEL area to transport and at the event.  Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy LEVEL table, and optimal room temperature of 74 degrees or below.
  7. If you or your representative elects to pick up and set up a tiered or intricate art cake, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves Michelle’s Cakes possession. An SUV or Van is recommended.  If you pick up in a car the back seat MUST be level.  Delivery of the cake should be directly to your venue.  IF you are storing overnight refrigeration is a MUST.   We highly recommend delivery of all tiered, detailed and heavy cakes.
  8. Cake stands not rented from our Bakery are at your own risk.  Please make sure they can with stand the weight of your cake.  Cakes are very heavy and require a properly constructed stand.
  9. If flowers are provided by an outside source, we will arrange up to 10 stems free; $1 for each additional stem.  You acknowledge that fresh flowers are not a food product, and may contain pesticides, insects, dirt, or other contaminants.  We prefer to provide the flowers to assure quality.
  10. If you or your representative elects to use a non-licensed or have Friends/Family cut your cake you assume all liability for the cake.  Cakes are to be dis assembled prior to cutting.  Do not cut while stacked. Cutting directions are available upon request.
  11. Location of your cake is Important we are not responsible for any cakes set beside speakers, heat lamps, fans, or other conditions that are not optimal to cakes and buttercream icing.  The bakery has the right to refuse any set ups that are not optimal conditions for the cake.
  12. Once cakes are set up, they are not intended to be moved until served.  The Bakery is not responsible for damage caused by others after the cake is set up by the bakery Staff.
  13. On occasion we will photograph our cakes and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.  We also reserve the right to use any Cake photos posted on social media by you, guests or professional photographers.
Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to
notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.
 
By agreeing to the above description, this will become a verbal contract between you and Michelle’s Cakes.  If you wish to initial the contract and bring it in, you are more than welcome to, and we will provide a copy to you.  Otherwise please keep a copy of this for your records.
IF you have a structural issue with a cake we are more than willing to come to you your location or meet you here at our shop to make any repairs time permitting.  No refunds will be issues unless we come out or the entire cake is returned to the shop the day of your event for us to make any needed repairs and to see what issues have occurred.  Any refunds are on a case by case basis.  For tiered or art cakes refunds are only on the layer that was effected not an entire cake.  We can usually tell what has happened to make a cake have an issue.  Please keep in mind in our many years of experience have seen what happens when cakes are transported on tilted car seats, left in a car too long while you run errands or have been dropped.  We want everyone to have a successful event, but refunds are not given out due to the handling and storage of the cake after it has left our shop.  If you have any questions on transportation and storage please talk to our staff...we will help you get the cake in your car and give you tips to make transportation and set up a success. 
 Performance of this agreement is contingent upon the ability of Michelle’s Cakes to complete the Agreement and is subject to labor disputes or strikes, accidents, Acts of God, and other causes beyond our immediate control.

A verbal agreement that all is agreed upon via e-mail will serve as our binding contract.  You are more than welcome to print and return this agreement signed if you choose to.  But a verbal agreement will work just fine.  Please make sure you keep a copy for your records as we do.
