David and I want to thank you very much for all the hard work you put into our wedding cake.  It was more beautiful that we could have imagined.  A lot of people commented how beautiful it was (and they didn't know the flowers weren't fresh ones- and were shocked when we told them the truth) and they also commented on how good it tasted.  We wanted to tell you how happy we were with it and how much we appreciate it.  We took the top layer with us, and even though by Monday we had to put it in a plastic bag to fit in the mini fridge in our cabin (we were on a cruise) we enjoyed every last bite of it. Our only regret was that Tantallon served us the carrot cake as well and we never got to taste the lemon!  Thankfully, they saved the flowers for us and we are going to be putting them in our china cabinet along with the cake topper.

We haven't seen the professional photos taken of the cake yet, but we see them on Monday and I'll let her know you were interested in one for your website.
