I just wanted to let you know that your cakes are the bomb!!!  You made a blue butterfly cake for my mother's birthday and a lemon cake for my sister's birthday.  We all love your cakes so much that we're trying to find an excuse to order a cake.  I can't believe how talented you are.  I live in DC and I would recommend you to anyone and let them know the distance is well worth it!!!

David and I want to thank you very much for all the hard work you put into our wedding cake.  It was more beautiful that we could have imagined.  A lot of people commented how beautiful it was (and they didn't know the flowers weren't fresh ones- and were shocked when we told them the truth) and they also commented on how good it tasted.  We wanted to tell you how happy we were with it and how much we appreciate it.  We took the top layer with us, and even though by Monday we had to put it in a plastic bag to fit in the mini fridge in our cabin (we were on a cruise) we enjoyed every last bite of it. Our only regret was that Tantallon served us the carrot cake as well and we never got to taste the lemon!  Thankfully, they saved the flowers for us and we are going to be putting them in our china cabinet along with the cake topper. Thank you again very much for all your hard work and talent.

In case you don't remember me, you made our wedding cake last year this time (April 28, 2007) on Andrews AFB. Well we froze our top layer and ate it on our anniversary date and let me tell you-the cake is still delicious after a year. I was so surprised.  I was expecting it to be frost bitten or taste frozen. It's just like I remember it- DELICIOUS. I wanted to thank you again for making such a beautiful and delicious cake.

We've had many events in recent months and I apologize for waiting so long to say thank you so much for my Mom's (Geneva's) Beautiful 60th 'Dancing' Birthday Cake!!! She absolutely loved it along with everyone else in attendance.  You implemented all of our wishes and braved the blizzard conditions to deliver it to us.   The cake was not only gorgeous but ohhh sooo delicious.  So delicious in fact, that my friend Valeria ordered one of your cakes for her own birthday a few days later.  I don't even think she had a party, she just loved your cake that much.

I just wanted to write and say thank you for the beautiful bass fish cake! My boyfriend absolutely LOVED it!!! Everyone loved it! The cake was absolutely perfect!!! It was so funny... it was probably the best present he's ever received! The look on his face when he opened it was priceless! He refused to cut it and wanted to frame it on his wall! But after lots of convincing - we managed to get him to cut the cake and it was absolutely delicious! Thanks again for all your help! I really appreciate it.
